About Fruit Bats Fruit Bats is an American indie rock band formed in 1997 in Chicago, Illinois, as the project of singer/songwriter Eric D. Johnson. Johnson is the band's sole permanent member, with various musicians joining the band in live and studio settings.

ABSOLUTELY
This was a step on the stairway to my heaven
YES!!!
I’d drive 4 hours to see this again
MAYBE YES.
It’d have to be closer and not crazy expensive, or a date-night.
JUST MAYBE.
If I could get discounted tickets and free parking, I’d consider it.
MAYBE NO.
It would have to be free to me… and close-by.
NO WAY.
This was time I’ll never get back. You’d have to pay me to go to this.
