About Jason Isbell Michael Jason Isbell is an American singer-songwriter. Considered one of the best contemporary songwriters in his genre, he is known for his honest, emotional lyrics. Isbell began his career as a member of Drive-By Truckers for six years, from 2001 to 2007. His first album with his backing band, the 400 Unit, was released in 2009.

ABSOLUTELY
This was a step on the stairway to my heaven
YES!!!
I’d drive 4 hours to see this again
MAYBE YES.
It’d have to be closer and not crazy expensive, or a date-night.
JUST MAYBE.
If I could get discounted tickets and free parking, I’d consider it.
MAYBE NO.
It would have to be free to me… and close-by.
NO WAY.
This was time I’ll never get back. You’d have to pay me to go to this.
