Seen them countless times starting in 84, I think like 17 times.. this was by far my most enjoyable and memorable experience seeing KISS.. if your on the fence about it or been subjected to the KISS haters or rumors... this is what I’ll say.. I saw No evidence of ANY trickery or deception as far as them lip syncing and I looked for it.. that being said the show was on par w/ groups like U2 and Metallica Pink Floyd etc. etc. yes I’ve seen them all... hopefully that’s enough info to make that decision... Btw it wouldn’t have mattered even if KISS was doing any of the rumored accusations.... why? Because they are LEGENDS that did their time over 45 years, gave their life to Rock and roll.. Enough said

Best concert I have ever been to. Kept me on my feet the whole night. Was sad it was over. Teady to see again.

Didn't have the punch like other shows I go to. It's a dam shame they went wireless which I think sounds like crap. Nothing like the old Marshall amps or the orange amps pumping out the sound! Band was great. Would of been greater with a better system. It was like listening to a stereo system jacked up.

Took my boyfriend, who had never seen KISS. The show was sooooo good! I danced, sang and yelled so much i was hoarse the next day! I saw them last year, and i swear the show was even better this time! These guys dont seem to age at all! They are just as good now as they ever were. The venue was great, our seats were great, and the whole night was great! Boyfriend is still talking about it 4 days later! Would definitely go see them again!

"The End of the Road Tour stopped in Ottawa last night. It was almost painful to watch. They should no longer be playing back to back shows, Paul Stanley's voice is done. It was clear that he is using backup vocals. There were times when you'd hear his voice but he was not at his mic. Tommy Thayer is not Ace Frehley that much was obvious. The show appeared clumsy and disorganized at times. The setlist needs some tweaking, not a very good sampling of their entire catalog. They often at times seemed like they were just collecting a paycheque. Gene and Paul say they couldn't depend on Ace and Peter but Ace simply cannot be replaced. This tour will suffer because of this. "

"I expected old men trying to re-create the magic they created in the 70's. I was entertained and rocked at this show! KISS, at least Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, and the 2 newer members, put on a great show! From the costumes and makeup to the stage antics, fire, pyrotechnics, and stage setup, these guys know how to give the audience their money's worth! I would catch them if you have the chance! "

"KISS was the best act I have ever watched. From Paul Stanley zip-lining to perform mid-audience on a platform, in his twelve-inch platform boots, to the band members not only performing on stage but high above it, as well, to Gene Simmons ""breathing fire"" and sililoquiy spitting blood segment. All the band members were lifted above the main stage at various times through-out the concert. It was quite the spectacle. They also did not waste time before the encore performance as there was a curfew. So they just kept playing on. I did not hear any curse words as they must have been aware of their young KISS army members in the audience, dressed fully in KISS regalia. A few fans were also observed outside who were dressed up as Ace Freley, the space object, Peter Criss and even the vampire, Gene Simmons. At one point, Paul Stanley joked that the previous night's audience in Austin had said the same thing about Dallas fans as the Fair Park crowd had booed the southern fans when Paul had asked who were the biggest rock and roll fans in the state of Texas. KISS closed their set with the classic rock anthem, ""Rock and Roll All Night and Party Every Day"". Over-all, the KISS experience made up for what was lacking from the previous act and the opening one. Kudos to KISS!"

Good show, but it is the same show from past years + a few additional songs. Nice stage, open so there is really no bad seat in the house. The pyro is out of this world, amazing. However, Paul’s crowd banter is the same stuff he has done for years, Gene’s tricks are exactly the same he has always done ... The other two perform for what they are paid to do. All that being said, I’m still look forward to catching them 4 or so times on this tour.

"One of the best concerts I have ever been to and I've been to a lot !! Great theatre and a fantastic spectacle all round. This is why these guys have survived the rock industry for 40+ years and still pack out arenas. They can truly teach bands of today how it's done. Absolute professionals. Money well spent. If I had to find a negative (which isn't easy) it would be the concert length. At around 1hr 45 mins, I would have liked a few more songs to push it to 2hrs but seeing they are in their 60's I can forgive them for that !! Don't waste a second and make sure you see kiss while you can. You won't regret it !! Rock on !! "

"Being a rock fan, I wanted to go for the single reason that they are considered a legendary rock band and I wanted to cross them out of my list. It happened to be - most likely, honestly! - the best show I have ever been to in my life. They showed they are not a bunch of old rags that rely on top of past achievements but a bunch of passionate rock professionals who, despite their age, give all they can to deliver an outstanding performance - and the most impressive thing is, they DID! Imagine now, if it was THAT good and they are in their late 60s, how epic it must have been when they were younger! I truly hope I have the opportunity to see them again!"

"My first KISS concert and it was amazing! I've been a fan since the 8th grade but now finally on my 47th birthday I got to see them. The stage show was spectacular. It was all that I had heard it was and then some. Paul Stanley flew out to a plat form next to us and played his guitar. Very cool. : ) And Gene Simmons... all about kepping the croud on there feet. All the great songs I remembered including ""I wanna rock n roll all night"". I don't think I'll be getting my voice back any time soon. Small price to pay for a life time dream come true. "

"Long time KISS fan. Great show. One song from 1998 - Pyscho Circus - the rest were Klassic KISS including one of my favorites - Flaming Youth! Both Gene and Paul looked physically fit and are still doing all the moves. Note: I'm a longgggg time KISS fan. To me having Eric and Tommy in the band is fine. Having them sing Shock Me, Black Diamond, and especially Beth...I would prefer they don't. Ace's first lead vocal? Beth? Beth = Peter Criss. Period. Visuals? KISS all the way. Lights, lasers, flames, explosions, and fog. You get a show! Luckily I got to see the Reunion Tour in four different states!"

Overall concert was good. Could have done a better job getting people out after concert. Not enough exits. Also had issues with ticket on cell phone. Had to go to customer service to get paper ticket. Kiss performed well.

Great stage show, and energy, as always. This was my third time watching their show but first with new members in the band (Eric Singer & Tommy Thayer). Two disappointments: 1. Use of Backing Tracks 2. I don't believe Eric Singer was even playing the piano on Beth. Great job singing tune (assuming it there was no backing track). Overall good show but backing tracks and fake piano playing take away from the integrity of it.

The concert itsrlf was wonderful, but our seats were not the ones we picked out online and had to be swapped for others due to my husband's inability to climb stairs.

"They put on a really good show. Music was as good as expected. The light show and effects were really well done. The Dome employees cut off alcohol purchases rely early though. Did not matter of ypu had been waiting in line for 10 min already. They just announced no alcohol all of a sudden and told everyone in line to disperse. You would think they would say no more people allowed to get into line, but that is not what they did. "

With Gene breathing fire in 'Firehouse'to Tommy firing rockets from his guitars in'Shock me', they brought plenty of classics to please the whole crowd. "Great show - these guys always deliver - and have for over 40 years! They played all of their greatest hits, including a couple of unexpected songs - like Shock Me. Lots of pyro and effects. More confetti than you'll see in a lifetime. Gene flew up to a platform during God of Thunder. Paul flew to the back of the arena during Love Gun. They made a presentation during the encore to the City of Bridgeport - honoring the veterans by presenting a $150,000 check, and awarding a new home to a disable vet. They received the key to the city from the mayor. All in all - a wonderful evening. "

"A KISS Goodbye! I’ve seen KISS 3 other times, once in the 70’s, once in the 80’s and once in the 90’s. But last nights concert in Minneapolis was a Crazy, Crazy Night!! They pulled out all the stops to make sure that their last concert here was an amazing spectacle! I brought my 24 year old son to witness his first (and probably last) KISS concert and he was literally blown away! Thank you KISS for allowing me to share this experience with my son!! "Another great Kiss concert, they know how to put on a show! The first time I've seen them in this lineup. They played most of the songs I expected and wanted them to play, from Detroit Rock City to Black Diamond, Psycho Circus, Lick it up and Rock and Roll all night. Was a bit baffled that I was made for loving you got one of the best reactions from the audience. Seriously, Paris? I think there was a fairly equal spread of songs from most parts of their career, although they maybe should have played I just wanna, and no matter how much Paul wants Hell or Hallelujah to become a classic, I don't think it will. Anyway, this is supposed to be a positive review. Kiss rock and which other bands shoot fireworks from their guitars and have their band members play above the audience and in the crowd? Yes, Kiss will probably back again, but I'd say, go and see them while you still can! "

"I Have Only Been Going To Concerts Since The End Of 2017 and I've Already Seen Many Of My Favourites And I Have Always Wanted To See Kiss as they are One if not My top favourite band of All Time and after seeing them for the first and only time last night in London i can say without a doubt it was and is (I Stand By My Word When I say This) the best thing i have ever been to in possibly my entire lifetime (not kidding) There will never be another band like Kiss The Stage setup, timing with the pyro etc was outstanding as you expect from kiss, and the finale was awesome I have been a fan Of Paul Stanley For years and my favourite thing to watch him do is when he smashes his guitar at the end of the show, it made me so happy to see it live in person i got emotional, like i said you'll regret it when Kiss is No Longer About, No One Does A Live Show Like Kiss and if this is indeed the Final Tour they indeed went out with a bang And il'l Never forget it. KISS never disappoints! I've seen almost every tour since Lick It Up, and always had a blast! I was a little surprised that Eric didn't get a drum solo, however. I'd love to see the show at a better venue; the acoustics at The Nutter Center are lousy. Still a good time, though.

"Thank you for caring enough to see if we enjoyed our time at the Kiss concert on 3-26-19. This is the first concert I’ve ever been to here and the first concert my sons have ever been to. Most of all this was a birthday gift to my husband. I have to say Kiss is amazing. Your staff and cleanliness was amazing for such a big place. Great job!!! But I do have to say I was very disappointed in our seats. We had so much obstruction from the jumbo tron and poles from our seats. It hugely impacted how much of the show or what we could see of the show. So instead of a great visual and audible experience, it was more audible with some glimpses of the huge screen and some stage. I wish as I purchased these tickets I was shown where the poles and equipment were going to be because I bought these tickets the first day they were opened to purchase and there were many seats in that price range to purchase at the time. I would have definitely purchased different seating for the same money. I could send you pictures of what we saw from our seating, if you would like to see them. Just sad...again I do appreciate you actually reaching out to us about our experience and actually I’m very impressed. Keep up the great work and cleanliness, because we were very surprised on how amazingly cared for the TD Garden was taken care of and again nice staff. Obviously great management. "Kiss & Def Leppard ... what a pair! The concert took place at Lakewood Amphitheater in Atlanta. As we were driving in, we could see the clouds getting darker and darker ... storm coming our way ... seemed like the gray/black in the sky, along with the occasional clap of thunder, were getting ready for a night of rooooccckk! Of course, we arrived and it started raining … but that did not stop us … it was a night to remember. I’ve been a Def Leppard fan since the early 90s … the amphitheater was packed … they sang non-stop all their greatest hits – and boy do they have a lot of them! I could see the crowds (different ages – some who had brought their kids), join me as we travelled back in time to those high school or college years and remembered that special someone as we were singing “Two Steps Behind” or “Pour Some Sugar on Me”. It was priceless! Short break … it stopped raining and it’s now dark. A black curtain with the famous KISS logo is covering the stage and it’s now completely dark outside. The crowd is standing up and curiously waiting for what’s coming next … Down comes the curtain and the group starts descending to the stage on one of those … oh, so well known mechanical platforms used during the 80s. KISS on stage is the stereotype of the glam 80s band on steroids. I love going to concerts and usually make it to pretty much any concert that hits Atlanta: old, new, rock, alternative – you name it. I have seen all kinds of cool stages, lightshows, fireworks, etc … but nothing could prepare me for seeing this band which continues to deliver on the excess of 80s rock & roll even after we’ve long past the decade of rock. It was amazing … the makeup, the costumes, that platform as they descended onto the stage … it was a combination of “Rock of Ages” and “Rockstar”. For those of you who were young during the 80s … this show will infuse you with that energy that only music can provide … for those of you in the mid-to late 90s and after … if you know good music – you know these guys and the show is something to remember! "

The only issue I had was with the DCU Center in general. There were many people that were upset with the last minute seat relocation which caused many of us to miss the opening act. Even though a lot of us were very frustrated with the venue, KISS Put on one hell of a show nonetheless.!!!!!!

Pyrotechnics were great, good show. Hard to watch them growing old, but we all do. Trying to forget their ages and recall they are still great performers! The band sounded great & still Entertaining, I think the system wasn't up to KISS standard! I am sure it's a Vancouver thing, bands ALWAYS sound better somewhere else!

It was my first KISS concert and I’m so sad it was my first and last. The concert was so good and the whole experience was amazing, waiting didn’t even feel like a bother cause you were either buying merchandise or buying food or just hanging out. My friend and I had this saying the whole time, that we better feel like belonging to another generation by the end of the concert. KISS has always had a reputation for their outstanding performance and honestly they did not disappoint. Best concert ever!!!!!!!!

THE BEST CONCERT OF MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!! They had put such an awesome and outstanding show; It’s a concert that’s unforgettable :) with the fire sparks, techniques, fireworks; I’ve never seen such a concert like this from other concerts I’ve been to. Kiss has still got it!Tommy Thayer is such a bada$$ on the guitar and Eric Singer nailed “Black diamond” and “ Beth”! Paul and Gene might be up in age but they have “the juice”!They went out with not just a bang but a SONIC BOOM! Best show I have seen in a long time!

They weren't even born the last time I saw the Hottest Band in the World. These two young ladies loved the show, we were all blown away, and I couldn't have been happier. We spend some time out on the town in Sacramento after the show. Didn't want the fun to end!

First of all I was front row second wall kiss was always best man and he put on a hell of a great show I love the show the fact of seeing those people up close was awesome. I was going crazy and singing all the that I love. This setlist was great but I wish that they had some more rare songs in the setlist. Or like it's say is you wanted the best you got the best the hottest band in the world kiss. Thanks for a great night. I see you at the Garden on Wednesday

Kiss was awesome as usual kiss is the best band in the land I love kiss kisses awesome kisses the best. This show they came back to their Hometown New York City Madison Square Garden this show was one of the best shows that they put on I was out there to see them in Long Island and it was fabulous 2 Every time I go to the concert I come back horse cuz I rock out all the time I go crazy I sing all the songs note by note I love everything about kiss kiss is the greatest. Kiss will always be number one in my heart and in my soul. Cuz forever this time I know it there's no doubt in my mind forever until my life is good girl I be loving you forever. The show of a lifetime, an email electric, transfixing, transcendent experience. And having gone VIP, I can attest that Paul Stanley is the kindest, warmest person; even as I was dumbstruck and had absolutely nothing to say, he told me, "Hey, good looking guy!". I distinctly remember forgetting how to smile during my the photo session. Weeks later and I'm still floating. I want to see them again!

I‘ve never been to a kiss concert before and sadly I’ll never be on a kiss concert in the future. If you look up all are round 70 years old and see them on stage you will not believe it they are still on fire and their songs are still good. With my father I had a crazy crazy night. And for the younger kids who are able to hear their music it’s sad they’re not able to see them on stage again . But their history is awesome the rocked everybody since 1973 and yesterday they did it the last time in Leipzig . Thanks to Kiss I love you. #halloffame

The best show I’ve ever seen, in my lifetime. KISS opened their chest cavities and poured the contents of their hearts all over the stage. If this truly is their last tour, they will have done the impossible, satisfied the masses of insanely loyal fans. Watching them do it all, the theatrics, the hits, the macabre lust for entertaining, on wonders... why stop? But I get it, leave while you’re still the best. You owe us nothing, KISS. A hall of fame career, crafted and governed by rock gods. Thank you.

Incredible show, 8th time I've seen them and I'm always blown away! Took my teenage kids to this one as they both love KISS and the looks on their faces during the show was well worth the cost. Paul still sounds great for his age and Gene sounds practically the same as he did years ago.

I have been a fan of KISS since 1975 and a KRAZED KISS fan since 1976. The highlight of my life, for a few reasons but honestly, MOSTLY because the bandI love like NO OTHER band I had only ever been allowed/able to see live beginning in the mid 80s when their show just wasn’t what I grew up dreaming of witnessing. And by that same point, the very band that I’d grown up ‘Kollecting’ EVERY item they slapped their images onto and ‘Kovering’ my bedroom walls with posters of. “KISSisms”. So when they reunited the original four members and put together once again the ‘Klassic’ KISS stage and ‘Kostumes’. In 1996 I saw two shows in two nights in Chicago with one of them including being INVITED backstage and seeing one from upfront and the other from the ‘Sound Table’. I was BLOWN AWAY! The first night I was SO in awe that they were right there, Honest-to-God, in all their late 1970s glory, in front of me!! I was seeing them after all!! I believe I was tearing through the first half of that first show. Now, fast forward past ‘Kountless’ more MAD Successful tours, on which I have seen them now SO MANY TIMES I can only take time to tally up all my tickets and shows when it truly is all over. And despite having seen THIS ‘End of the Road’ tour show in Chicago on March 2, 2019, I will hold out hope STILL that they will come around nearby enough yet again and I will see this MAGNIFICENT SPECTACLE one more time. I will continue to go on their amazing annual KISS Kruises for as long as they will do them. My hope is that they will do no less than a full TEN YEARS of KISS Kruises. They’re very close now. And that this tour continues through to a GLORIOUS Celebration of FIFTY YEARS of KISS. Again, they’re very close. Too close, I believe, to stop short. So, my wife and I were headed to the Chicago show. And although many might think I’m not truthful, the time and days have come where I have gotten to know them and particularly their Manager well enough that I sent him a message while we made our way into the City. I said, “Doc, it’s Brian Kann (& wife, nameless here). We’re on 290 right now headed to the United Center and we this friend of yours - and lifelong KISS loyalist - would love to come see you, catch up, see the guys before the show and talk about some other things (that we had to discuss). He replied right back, and he said, “Obviously the guys are there getting makeup on. I’m in a limo now headed there from the hotel. How about meeting me at the Michael Jordan statue in about 30 minutes. Can you do that?” I replied, “YES, we’ll be there!” And so we were - he called me though, and he said that he now realized that HE wasn’t going to be able to personally meet us there, so he was sending his Head of Security. Leaving some details out. So we met with this great gentleman with a British accent, and were immediately given backstage lanyards and passes. He told us to put them on right away. Of course, we joined him, escorted down to the main floor (our seats were up close to begin with), past some big Security dudes guarding all possible points by which someone could sneak backstage. We were led to Doc, KISS’ Manager who warmly welcomed us, made us (too!) comfortable, and we enjoyed the niceties laid out for them in what is always labeled the ‘Nashville Room’. Code name for HIS Entertaining Suite, where guests of the band, who might be “anyone you’d imagine” all were. I was talking to Doc and he was introducing me to his wife and a couple of other fun people when I noticed that my wife wasn’t there any more for me to turn to to introduce to them. I asked to be excused for a minute, and I looked out into the hallway, looking left (nope) and looking right... WAIT... she was in the arms of Gene Simmons who had JUST exited his own dressing room (at least I think!!?) and he had her lifted up fairly high. Bear in mind, with boots on Gene is 7’ 0” tall and my wife is 5’ 3”. I took out my iPhone and snapped a couple of photos before going over to them. I took some time to talk up “the Demon” and then it seemed we were surrounded by the whole band, Doc, and a couple of others who I believe included Eric’s Drum Tech and either Paul or Tommy’s Guitar Tech. This being at least billed as THE LAST TIME they will play in Chicago, I had each member sign a special tour promo poster. Suddenly, not by any intention or effort, we were caught inside their brief pre-show band huddle where Doc always gives each member their “calls to action” for that night, due for example to whatever special conditions may exist within that night’s arena or maybe simply a pep talk no different than a coach does for an intense sports team; “Guys, Chicago is MY hometown! Go out there and make me obscenely proud!” - Doc McGhee So when someone came running from the stage area with the word that their time remaining was “FIVE MINUTES, GUYS!” Doc said, “Okay, let’s go!” My wife and just walked with them, immediately behind Paul Stanley, whose chains clanged on the back of his boots with every 6” platform step he took. My wife had her iPhone out and was filming them walking in front of us, toward the stage, so I began filming with mine, too. She has a much steadier hand, so my video is fun for us, but might make you vomit. The United Center, of course, is great big, and so the halls are long as well. As we got nearer to the stage, still “hanging onto the ‘we’re with the band’ concept” we could hear louder and louder roars. I shouted out, “Hello Cleveland!” Interestingly, of those near us, only Paul Stanley caught the humor, which is from a classic 1980s Rock and Roll movie called ‘Spinal Tap’, which pokes fun at bands like KISS. And literally, as we approached the final turn in the hallway before the straight “chute” out of the hallway directly to the back of their MASSIVE stage that area of the hall was packed full of fans trying to be right there as the band went from hall to stage. I believe most of those people had to have been able to be there from being members of the paid pre-show ‘Meet and Greet’ (something I’ve otherwise intentionally not bothered writing about here). As KISS (with us in tow) came upon that crowded hallway the intimidation work of the actually very nice Doc McGhee and Security seemed to instantly part that hallway like Moses parted the Red Sea, leading the Israelites through it to the other side. We have to admit that it was fun joining them all the way up to where, behind the veil of darkness and an all-black, top-to-bottom curtain emblazoned with a huge silver KISS logo, they separated from us to each step onto their own hydraulic platform elevator and the deafening sound of 20,000 fans who by now know to join the screaming introduction of, “AAAAALRIGHT CHICAGO, YOU WANTED THE BEST, YOU GOT THE BEST; THE HOTTEST BAND IN THE WORLD... KISS!! Of course, by this point we were well situated at our 2nd Row center seats. And after seeing no less than 20 KISS shows over the years, witnessing many different stages, the coming and going, and returning of lineups, NO KISS concert I’ve EVER seen could possibly compare to the stage spectacle that this was. We who are fans would always like to hear “deep cuts” that we haven’t seen them play before. And we all have opinions on what song or songs may not deserve to be in the Setlist, although THEY seem to disagree and probably have studies to sway them heavily in whatever direction - after all, it isn’t the fans who are risking nearly a $1 Billion when they build a production like this and take it around the globe. So I say that I could definitely have put together a better Setlist of their enormous catalog of music. But THIS TIME, I will say that they REALLY, SERIOUSLY nailed the stage show. If you haven’t ever seen KISS before or is you haven’t seen this tour, but have seen others, DON’T miss out on seeing this show LIVE (or Alive!) and in person. Pay to get great seats, because although everything is so big there’s no chance of you not clearly seeing it from everywhere, it’s really more about your placement in front of, away from, or beneath their effects. But you will thank me either way.

I want to give my humble Thanks for ALL the many great Concerts over the last 47 years ago my Life to Paul, Gene, Tomny, Eric, Ace, and Peter!! You guys have truly Rocked like only a very few other Bands could have done over the many Decades and kept the younger generations interested!! I only wish that you ALL weren't going to be calling it "The End of the Road" for Kiss!! YOU GUYS TRULY PUT ON ONE HELL OF A FINAL SHOW.

Another amazing show. Paul was super fresh and welcoming ("You don't have to go to a big city to see who loves rock n roll"), and Eric's drum solo had my buddy gasping, "Incredible." David Lee Roth was okay, but didn't affect whether I was going to the show or not, and the general audience reaction and crowd noise reflected that. David was good, but KISS is legendary! My buddy wanted to see them one more time and got to, and the two of us made it into the video of Paul zip-lining on KISS' website (look for a bloody-faced Starchild). I love you guys!

EVERYTHING WAS WONDERFUL AT THE CONCERT AND THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTED....THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THE PEOPLE IN THE SUITES 122 STARTED STANDING UP AND BLOCKING OUR VIEW IN SEATS WW SO WE COULDNT SEE THE CONCERT GOOD UNLESS WE STOOD UP AND GOT INTO THE PEOPLES WAY GOING AND COMING UP THE STEPS....THATS WAS UNSAFE FOR US....OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS GREAT...

Great concert. No problem with app or tickets. Venue great and the band rocked. My 8 year old loved the pyrotechnics. If they come again we may go.

I waited over 40 years to see Kiss in concert and finally on my 53rd birthday, i did in Greensboro, NC. I needed pinched when the came out on stage performing Detroit Rock City. The nite was unbelievable. And i plan on seeing them in concert again in August.

Ticket prices were outrageous, but it’s the farewell tour, so I spent big bucks on the good seats. Saw them years ago, or rather saw a pole and heard them. Kiss certainly delivered!

KISS did not need an opening act to take me back to the 70s when I first saw them in Asheville, NC. Gene, Paul, Tommy and Eric gave a show worthy of the band's long history of showmanship and music. They did not try to be something beyond their capabilities and "they still got it." From the introduction to the Rock and Roll all Nite, they did not disappoint at any time.

The performance, by a group that we enjoyed so much as a kid, absolutely blew us away. The entire performance was superb and the set list amazing. The lights, lasers and pyro were more than we expected. They performed over 2.5 hours. The overall experience was more than we anticipated. Our only regret is that we didn’t purchase better seats so we could be close to the stage. Very impressive show. If we have the opportunity to see them again, you can bet we will. And Gene Simmons still has it with that tongue 👅

To witness icons in full makeup/costumes and play for nearly two hours straight was outstanding! High energy throughout, kept the crowd involved and played a variety of songs from older albums! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

KISS killed it! Had always heard they put on a great show, but they exceeded my expectations. My one son who's not a big fan of rock even loved it. He said that was DOPE!

The Kiss performance was awesome, totally great show. David Lee Roth was Great. Must see show. The Greensboro Coliseum was ruin down and not kept up my Manager Matt Brown. He has failed the city of Greensboro. Bathrooms and location was filthy and not well kept, no napkins at food stations and parking was a disaster.

First time seeing them and met expectations. Played the songs you want to hear and stage show comparable to anything I’ve seen. Brought me back to being 12 listening to KAII and dreaming of seeing their show. Thanks guys!

First rock show for my daughter and the show is still awesome. Have seen KISS before but this time had awesome seats and since it was daughters first rock show made it even better.

David Lee Roth was great. Kiss however was a whole different level. They are the masters of entertainment. Sound was clear and not fuzzy. The lights, lazers, pyrotechnics, hydraulic lifts, and gigantic screen was a sight to behold....indeed!

Never a dull moment in the concert. Unbelievable energy and amazing music from these Kiss icons! The pyrotechnics were astounding mixed with a tantalizing smorgasbord of bright colors that never missed a beat with the music. Their final tour concert literally goes out with a bang and did not disappoint!

My girlfriend and I were given the tickets and she didn’t want to go to see a bunch of old guys chilling on stage. But that wasn’t the case. Kiss put on a great show.

Another fantastic show as I was fully expecting. Over 2 hours of KISS blasting out hit after hit adding in all the pyro and lasers. David Lee Roth sounded great and was a good start to the evening. My only complaint was the parking charges of $20, but was better than the Raleigh show where parking was a ridiculous $30 back in April.

This concert was awesome, I have always been a fan of KISS just to young to go to the concerts or they where to far away or life was happening and I couldn't go. Glad I made time. I wish two things, I wished it would have been outside and I wished they would have made commemorative tickets for the farewell tour. DAVID LEE ROTH was a great opening act, he still has some pipes, moves and the leg kicks!! All around great colosseum, great attendants, great fans, great opening act and awesome KISS concert.

Though Paul can’t hit the high notes anymore, these guys still put on one hell of a performance!

The first time I saw KISS in concert was back in 88, and I don't recall seeing any pyrotechnics or flames back fl then. Being at a KISS concert, you don't only hear the music, you feel it... the heat from the flames, and the flash of the pyrotechnics.

Bought tickets weeks after they went on sale. Right next to sstage. Kiss didn't disappoint on my first time seeing them.

The show was an all out performance. DLR opened and was actually much better than anticipated. He basically did a VH hits list in typical DLR fashion. KISS came on with a BANG and multiple flash bangs throughout. The show was an all out spectacle. The music was top notch and the overall show was A1

Third time to see Kiss going back to 1979. I have been to literally 100's of rock concerts and Kiss always puts on the best show.

It was smooth getting in and out of the concert. Uber dropoff and pickup point was convenient and easy to navigate. It was easy to get beverages even though they were a bit expensive. Seats were comfortable.

David Lee Roth was better then advertised. Not Van Halen but really good. Kiss put on a great show. Wish i could've seen the original members but this was pretty good too. Concert started exactly on time which was refreshing for once. Easy parking at venue was a bonus. Security was quick & painless too

There is no one else, to this day, who puts on a show like KISS. Other artists should follow their lead. They make everyone feel welcome. They chat up the crowd. They feel accessible. They utilize the whole arena. The light show will blow your mind. When I see a concert I want to feel like I am part of the show and like the performer is involving me. KISS does that!! In a time when concert ticket costs seem to be increasing, I think other artists need to follow in the shoes of KISS. Go out in the crowd and put on one hell of a show. We could feel the heat from the flames.

My son and I went to this concert. I missed seeing them when I was younger and was not disappointed. They stayed relevant for 40 years because they put on a great show.

So happy I got to be a ten year old kid again and watch my idols on stage one more time. Even happier that I got bring my wife along. I got to introduce her to the Hottest Band In The World in the World's Most Famous Arena. Mission accomplished, boys - We converted her, she's a KISS fan now.

Tonight we met KISS at the #EndOfTheRoad in Louisville. Talk about an unforgettable goodbye KISS from The Hottest Band In The World! So much energy from the first note to the encore. The hardest working band in the business definitely went out with a bang that only KISS can achieve. The guys definitely went out on the highest of notes in Kentucky tonight!

I loved seeing Tina and meeting her daughter at the KISS concert. KISS played an amazing final show. It was truly an era coming to an end. They've played together 45 years and they are almost 70 years old, but rocked like they were still 20. I did shed a tear. My cousin LaShasta and I had a great time. Though I was not raised on KISS, last week @smilesbykara and I had the chance to take in what is likely our first and last show. Despite the fact they’ve pulled the farewell tour upwards of 20 years ago, I have a feeling this is it for them. Getting to hear this stuff played full blast with enough pyro and confetti was well worth the wait.

A week ago today I watched four legends turn & walk off the stage for quite possibly the last time. I’m sad to see an era coming to an end, but even after this tour is over, KISS will live on forever.🖤 It’s safe to say I’ll never forget my first (or my second😉) KISS💋🔥

Ironically, for all the bombast, the group’s songs came across as simple and lean. Kiss wisely focused on its peak creative period (1974-1983), almost entirely bypassed its unmasked era and barely touched upon its later years. Simmons’ voice—husky, deep, self-assured, limited in range yet befitting his demon persona—echoed with the same commanding tones it did decades ago. His deliveries brought assertive certainty to the anthemic “I Love It Loud,” a demented bent to the aptly titled “God of Thunder” and authoritative bluster to “Calling Dr. Love.”

Every KISS show is an immense production. But as the group makes their return to American arenas, the “End of the Road” tour is bigger and better even by KISS standards.

They opened strong with “Detroit Rock City,” “Shout It Out Loud” and “Deuce.” Unfortunately, it quickly became clear Stanley’s voice has deteriorated significantly in recent years. He was clearly singing live at times, other times, perhaps not. That freed up more microphone time for Simmons and his demonic bark, while Thayer tried his best to fill in some sonic holes.

KISS deserves credit where it is due. They have showmanship down to a science, and they certainly know how to captivate an audience. Stanley made almost all the stage banter of the night and was most interactive with the crowd, even going as far as zip-lining across the sea of attendees with guitar in hand and performing “Love Gun” and “I Was Made for Lovin’ You” on a platform that stood opposite the stage on the other side of the arena’s tarped basketball court.

Along with $100 raglan shirts and $60 t-shirts, KISS seemed to definitely wow the crowd but from my perspective, the stage itself looked pretty disappointing and not quite the “huge blowout” that KISS has been hyping. Honestly, it looked a lot more simplistic than their incredible “spider” stage production but it wasn’t just the stage production that seems to have fans feeling disappointed.

Kiss is my favorite band, and the previous 10 times I’d seen them (list below), the band (whether it was Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Ace Frehley, Peter Criss, Eric Carr, Eric Singer, Bruce Kulick or Tommy Thayer), delivered a very good or great show. I can’t say that about what I witnessed last weekend. This isn’t about the setlist or the lack of two original members. My dissatisfaction stems entirely from Paul Stanley not being able to sing like Paul Stanley. And it was evident right away.

In a fine-tuned, pull-out-the-stops production, the retiring rock band played its latest — if not last — sold-out show in its long-loved Detroit. For all the newly integrated high-tech spectacle, it was a night big on nostalgia, time-tested stage shtick and old-fashioned rock excess.

Much of what Kiss accomplished in its two-hour, 20-song set are arena-rock tropes — flying out over the audience or splitting the arena in half to see who can make. the most. noise. But they’re tropes in part because of Kiss and for the band it’s art form.

As KISS ran through hit after hit — including a memorable delivery of “War Machine” complete with a breathing dragon and Simmons’ fire-breathing stunts, and Stanley’s beautiful guitar work leading up to “Black Diamond” — there was a reminder of how classic the band’s catalog really is, with anthemic heavy-metal glam rock that in great part defined the coming-of-age of rock music in the ‘70s. We could have done without the cheesy sequin piano and group huddle take on the languid “Beth.” Still, Stanley’s hair-raising vocals, the ego-filled instrument solos and defiant stunts (like the time Stanley flew through the air on an acrobatic hoop like he was a member of Cirque du Soleil) were the work of a band that has perfected its craft in over 2,000 shows and still has made the whole production feel special. The End of the Road Tour didn’t feel like it was capitalizing on our nostalgia as other recent tours and movies and re-releases have done, but rather felt like, as Stanley said, “that March 2 would be a night you’d never forget.”

If this is indeed the “End of the Road,” as the name of their current tour suggests, the members of KISS are going out with a show that’s impressively energetic (and visually, it’s their most over the top staging and production to date), especially when you consider that it’s been nearly 45 years since they made their first appearance in town at the Cleveland Agora. 

This is no attempt to discredit anyone’s nostalgia trip. KISS, even with guitarist Tommy Thayer and drummer Eric Singer respectively dressed and made-up like classic-lineup members Ace Frehley and Peter Criss, offers a reasonably fun two hours of live music, which functions the same as a roller-coaster ride you enjoy over and over again. The thrills are the same every time, comfortingly so.

It's difficult to imagine that any fan left disappointed. Stanley, Simmons, Thayer and Singer were not a shadow of their former selves. They were KISS in all their strutting, blood-spewing, platform boot-wearing, "Love Gun"-firing glory.

The four men performed on a stage that was deceptively simple and uncluttered, but with special effects you don’t see every day, including levitating platforms, heart-stopping blasts of pyro, fireworks, smoke and a zip line. Plenty of dazzling lights and a couple of big screens rounded out the production.

Simmons, Stanley and guitarist Tommy Thayer beamed down to the stage on smoke-spewing hydraulic platforms for the opening “Detroit Rock City” and the throttle was never relinquished.The octagon-shaped video screens pointed at the stage, the pyro, the fireworks, the roughly one billion lights, the bedazzled guitars and iconic, spandex-clad personas – all of it totaled one captivating night, one more time.

What was missing from the show, outside of a bit of vintage footage of KISS in their ‘70s heyday, was any real acknowledgement from the band that this was the “End of the Road”, as their tour name indicates. Stanley frequently referenced the first show they played in Portland, at the long-gone Paramount Theater, but there wasn’t a moment that so many other farewell tours hit on where they lingered onstage to drink in the applause or emotional speech about how far they’ve come. They punched the clock, and got in and out of Portland before the confetti hit the floor.

The boys played for almost 3 hours, and it was hard to believe that they have been doing this since 1973. A very nice blend of old and newer songs rocked us through the hours. They sounded great. Gene breathing fire, and bleeding from his mouth during "God of Fire". Paul screaming and dancing like always. Eric Singer continued to do a great job sitting in for Peter on drums.

You can’t help getting pulled in. The songs — simple, slightly saccharine (think “I Was Made For Lovin’ You”), frequently fearsome — are the soundtrack to the whole production. They’re not meant to be mulled over or provoke thought. They never were. KISS music is all about letting loose, unhinging your inhibitions, indulging in your deepest, most hedonistic fantasy without considering the consequences. Ain’t nothin’ but a party.

Lasers, flames, and liberally borrowing such seminal moments as the scream from the Who’s Won’t Get Fooled Again to embellish Lick It Up all add up to a set list of songs that could keep keeping on long after all the original members have hung up those seven inch leather heels.

Other concert highlights included a propulsive rendition of Love Gun and I Was Made For Lovin’ You which Stanley sang from a satellite stage at the back of the arena. Kiss ended the festivities on a high note with a confetti-filled sing-a-long of Rock and Roll All Nite.

The group -- led by its two founders, front man Paul Stanley and bassist Gene Simmons, with Tommy Thayer on guitar and Eric Singer on drums – delivered a 20-song exercise in customer satisfaction.

KISS played the second show of its "End Of The Road" farewell tour Friday night (February 1) at Moda Center in Portland, Oregon. As was the case with the opening-night concert in Vancouver the night before, the band played a 20-song set consisting of four tracks from KISS's self-titled debut album (1974), one from "Hotter Than Hell" (1974), one from "Dressed To Kill" (1975), five from "Destroyer" (1976), one from "Love Gun" (1976), one from "Dynasty" (1979), two from "Creatures Of The Night" (1982), one from "Lick It Up"(1983), one from "Animalize" (1984), one from "Hot In The Shade" (1989), one from "Psycho Circus" (1998) and one from "Sonic Boom" (2009).

Expectorations and expectations are pretty much common fare for KISS shows, anyway. So it makes sense to expect one other thing: This isn’t the end, as long as there’s a dollar left in a KISS fan’s wallet.

Start to finish, the much too recently inducted Rock & Roll Hall of Famers proved they could still command a crowd and bang out their bar-setting show of shows.

Any self-respecting KISS fan would be remiss if they neglect this tour. Do your duty and grab a ticket as the tour continues to trek back and forth across North America through September. This is not their first "farewell" tour but it will very likely be their last.

I have never seen a stage production like this from any band at any time. They sounded incredible. Gene‘s bass tone was as monstrous as it was on the Alive 2 tour and he played the bass like only he can. Gene Simmons is one of the most underrated bass players in Rock. His fingers were up and down the fretboard all night. I was 5 feet away from the stage and it was all real rock and roll all night. Tommy played all of the classic leads note-for-note and looked completely larger-than-life in his 2019 Spaceman boots and costume. You will be blinded by the mirrors on his chest, even if you are in the back row. Paul Stanley sung his ass off, which is really quite something to say considering he is shaking his ass nonstop for the whole show, in seven inch leather heels, approaching the age of 70.

Perhaps most impressive was, beneath all the glitz and glamour of the production, were four talented musicians who could still play their instruments raw and well after all these years. I was in awe witnessing some of the greatest minds in music business perform. The band ended their set with the megahit, “Rock And Roll All Nite.”

From the start with an explosion and a monsoon of sparks and so many flames you could feel the heat a quarter way back through the stadium, the band’s four members being lowered to the stage on huge risers for “Detroit Rock City,” another song from “Destroyer,” the band offered up a career retrospective of not just its songs, but its classic concert tricks.

Hard-rocking veterans KISS brought their End of the Road tour to the Scotiabank Arena Wednesday night for the first of two stops – it returns Aug. 17 – and brought some heavy artillery with them in the form of explosions, firebursts, fireworks, laser lights, confetti, balloons, a steam-breathing dragon, and stunts galore.

And that's exactly what their farewell tour delivered Wednesday night in Glendale — a celebration of Kiss' peculiar brand of showmanship that touched on many of their greatest hits — both musical and visual.

The bittersweet performance checked all the boxes for a memorable KISS concert and gave the band's Milwaukee fans a proper goodbye, in a city where the rock legends have a long 45-year history of live performances. From Gene Simmons breathing fire to the Catman, Eric Singer, performing "Beth" on a grand piano for a teary eyed crowd, Friday night's performance had no shortage of highlights for KISS' last hurrah on a Wisconsin stage.

The setlist of course included most of the favorites from their decades long career, including the aforementioned classics and others such as “Love Gun”, “Cold Gin” and “Black Diamond.” No recent KISS show would be complete without legendary frontman Paul Stanley zip lining across the crowd and out to another elevated stage portion for a few songs, while those under him are out of their minds with excitement. Portland shredder Tommy Thayer and long-time KISS member absolutely brought the fire proving once again that he can hold his own with any guitarist on the planet.

Stanley promised that Kiss would perform songs from all eras of the band’s career, and that plan made for ups and downs in the crowd’s enthusiasm. But still, the audience stood throughout, entertained by more fireballs per minute than I’ve ever felt at a pop concert. I’m a little jumpy as I write this, expecting another explosion in my ear any second.

KISS kicked off their "One Last KISS: End of the Road World Tour" at Rogers Arena last night and this first of their farewell shows was an exercise in pure excess. Not a single classic arena rock trope went untouched.

The spectacle KISS brings to the live show has never failed. Arguably, it was their first live album released more than 40 years ago that cemented a following and brought them fame. This spectacle remains.

The Final Tour Ever is everything a concert should be and somehow more. From the music to the production, fan engagement, and a distinct sense of timelessness, Kiss’ farewell delivers memories fans and newcomers alike will never forget.

This stop at the CHI Health Center was among the band’s farewell tour dates, and the iconic rock band turned up the dial until it couldn’t turn any more, and then forced it to go a just little higher.

This show had everything any KISS fan — new or old — could hope to see. They say it’s the end of the road, but we have heard that before and I, for one, hope they change their minds.

The band is good at what it does. Really good. They balance music and over-the-top showmanship with a dose of camp. They play the songs fans want to hear. They show them what they want to see – fireworks, lights, dragons, demons, snakes and blood. They also generously hand their fans the tools they need to walk away feeling like they were part of the show. Stanley literally coached the crowd to ensure a successful call and answer element more than once.

KISS embraced those words across the two-hour show Friday. Between Stanley and Simmons' gleeful showmanship and Thayer and Singer's flashy musicianship, it's hard to imagine a band that's still this good Is really going to say goodbye to a fan base that's still so dedicated.

The highly theatrical band, which first came to the Steel City 40 years ago with an appearance at the more intimate Stanley Theater, went out with a bang, delivering their most powerful, over-the-top rock-n-roll party yet.

True to his word, Kiss delivered a night mostly devoid of human depth, an id-driven set overstuffed with animalistic gristle and grease. Every other song -- no, literally, EVERY OTHER SONG -– was a hedonistic buffet of riffs and solos, from the unhinged, four-on-the-floor Psycho Circus to the lecherous Love Gun.

The evening was over the top, a salute to extreme rock n roll decadence. There were moving stage components, non-stop pyro, floor-to-ceiling screens, mind-blowing lasers, intense and fast moving lighting rigs, and four men pouring their being into delivering an amazing experience.

Kicking off their set with the classic “Detroit Rock City”, KISS lit up the arena with all the pyrotechnics you can possibly imagine. Paul Stanley, singer and guitarist, has so much charisma to him, I can see why he’s one of the best frontmen out there. Gene Simmons, singer and bassist, had a striking presence to him onstage, as he is The Demon. During “God of Thunder”, he flew up to the ceiling, spitting blood. Tommy Thayer, guitarist, and Eric Singer, drummer, both received solo spotlights during “Cold Gin” and “100,000 Years”, respectively. It was cool seeing everyone of all ages wearing KISS makeup, even kids.

Of course, KISS is a band that was founded on shtick, and Thursday night was no exception. Gene Simmons spewing fire and spitting “blood?” Check. Hydraulic stage lifts, gigantic video screens, spark-shooting guitars, lasers, and multiple explosions that shoot a blast of heat to the furthest reaches on the area? Check.

Presumed to be the band’s last trip ‘round the world (and a second “farewell” tour from Kiss this century), the 1970s favorite brought a 130-minute set of arena-sized rock antics to stage — complete with fire-spitting, high riser rides and an indoor fireworks show.

The show was a spectacle with the characters they created blowing fire and spitting blood, playing guitars that shoot rockets. The music is upbeat and uncomplicated. The tunes are easy to sing along with and have fun. Two of the original members have been replaced. Tommy Thayer replaced Frehley and Eric Singer replaced Criss. Each has carried on the original characters.

Regardless of the players or circumstances, KISS packed the United Center (returning on Sunday, March 10 at Moline’s TaxSlayer Center) with its most outrageous and enormous display to date, plus many of the expected oldies and a few surprises from the past 45 years. Granted, the guys aren’t exactly lyrical geniuses or even the greatest singers and players, but there was no denying their arena-filling abilities or ways of bringing hook-heavy choruses to life with a legendary visual presentation that finally landed them in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The Starchild and his cohorts — founding singer/bassist Gene Simmons (aka The Demon), lead guitarist Tommy Thayer (The Spaceman) and drummer Eric Singer (The Catman) — ensured that its last planned Oklahoma City stop was indelibly explosive. The Rock and Roll Hall of Famers brought an arena spectacle that included as many fireworks as the Fourth of July, New Year’s Eve and an Olympics opening ceremony.

It was a night of countless highlights, a band and their fans having a great time, basking in their love of rock'n'roll. It was probably not possible to cram in much more laser, pyro, props and production gimmicks. The music was excellent and the fans devoured every last second of it.

Ultimately, they are a party band. The pyrotechnics are always a crowd pleaser, and offer everything I recall from their heydays and then some. The stage design was elaborate and, like most modern concerts, is video monitor oriented. The backdrop can change instantly to a design from the album or be in the theme in which each song belongs. “God of Thunder” was the most nightmarish in its production design to solidify The Demon as that, a creature of terror!

From its start with an explosion and a deluge of sparks and flames, and the band’s four members being lowered to the stage on huge risers for “Detroit Rock City,” KISS offered up a career retrospective of not just its songs, but its classic concert tricks.

The mellow-ish crowd did not deter Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Tommy Thayer and Eric Singer from exerting the full force of their gloriously trashy and explosive production and celebrating the highs (and occasional lows) of their 45-years-deep song catalog.

KISS feels big and monumental. Their imagery is compelling and mythical, and their songs have the genius to rock a stadium and engage millions of fans. Their live show is an enormous accomplishment of human effort and ingenuity which in no way should be trivialized. It is truly a wonder to behold. When extraordinarily music is played exceptionally well, it can be something close to a religious experience. This is not that.  No amount of pyro-techniques and confetti can substitute for a truly inspiring live music experience.

KISS is one of those bands that have too many iconic traits to count. Does KISS make you think of make-up? Wagging tongues? Leather pants? Elaborate live performances? Well, all these years later the band is still committed to each of the facets of their individuality, even though the members are in their late fifties to early seventies. The Thursday night show at Denver’s Pepsi Center did not disappoint anyone looking for an over-the-top and downright extravagant showcase of talent, along with a shocking amount of fire.
