About Nirvana Nirvana was an American rock band formed in Aberdeen, Washington, in 1987. Founded by lead singer and guitarist Kurt Cobain and bassist Krist Novoselic, the band went through a succession of drummers, most notably Chad Channing, before recruiting Dave Grohl in 1990. Nirvana's success popularized alternative rock, and they were often referenced as the flagship band of Generation X. Their music maintains a popular following and continues to influence rock culture.

ABSOLUTELY
This was a step on the stairway to my heaven
YES!!!
I’d drive 4 hours to see this again
MAYBE YES.
It’d have to be closer and not crazy expensive, or a date-night.
JUST MAYBE.
If I could get discounted tickets and free parking, I’d consider it.

It would have to be free to me… and close-by.
NO WAY.
This was time I’ll never get back. You’d have to pay me to go to this.
